Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies even a simple Fruit Salad love this boozy Tipsy Cream Recipe. Brandy or Cognac are the traditional flavors for the cream at Christmas but feel free to add your favorite tipple.

Ingredients:
- ½pint/ 300ml heavy/double cream
- 1 oz/ 25g icing sugar
- 1 - 3 tbsp liqueur of choice
Preparation:
- Place the cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat to soft peaks using an electric, or hand whisk.
- Carefully fold in the liqueur to taste.
- Place in a serving dish, cover and store in the fridge until needed.
