Cranberry Sauce - no turkey is happy without it.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb/ 450g fresh or frozen cranberries
- 8 ox/ 225g sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 fl oz/ 50ml Port
- Small pinch of allspice
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients into a stainless steel saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer for 10 - 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Don't worry if the sauce looks runny, it will thicken when cooled.
- Remove from the heat, leave to cool then place in a serving dish, cover and store in the fridge until needed.
