A full breakfast is the traditional breakfast in Britain and Ireland. It is usually served at breakfast time, but it is also popular at other times, sometimes to replace lunch. Rarely is it now served every day of the week, reserved instead for the weekend or on vacation in hotels and Bed and Breakfasts, where no stay would be complete without one.
Full English Breakfast
In England, a Full Breakfast may begin with orange juice, cereals, stewed or fresh fruits but the heart of the breakfast is bacon and eggs. They are variously accompanied by sausages , grilled tomato, mushrooms, tea , toast and marmalade and in England may also have black pudding, baked beans and fried bread.
Full Scottish Breakfast
A Scottish breakfast is much the same as an English one with bacon and eggs and sometime sausages, grilled tomato, mushrooms, tea , toast and marmalade .
However no Scottish breakfast would be complete with the ubiquitous dish of porridge. A Scottish breakfast may well also have Tattie scones (potato scones), haggis, black pudding, fruit pudding and oatcakes.

Full Irish Breakfast
A full Irish breakfast also has the main components of bacon and eggs, tea , toast and marmalade but there are also two important ingredients - White Pudding and Soda Bread - to differentiate it from the others.
Full Welsh Breakfast
The one ingredient that makes a Welsh breakfast different is Laver Bread or Laver Cakes . Why it is called a bread is difficult to understand as it actually seaweed.
Expect to also find the usual culprits as in the rest of the British Isles, bacon and eggs, tea , toast and marmalade
