The weekend is the blissful time away from the weekday routine, a time to unwind and relax. We know that it is not always possible to achieve but there are ways to ease up the pressure and one is to turn to simpler recipes. These recipes aren't always quicker; some are long slow cooking, freeing up time away from the stove.
