Something for the Weekend - Why Not Take it Slow?

After all the cooking slog of the past few weeks, I feel it is time to slow things down. What better way is there than with a long slow-cooked casserole or stew? Pop it in the slow cooker or into a casserole in a low-temperature oven and leave it alone. While it's cooking, put your feet up, or how about a long walk.
