Baking Recipe of the Week - Christmas Bakewell Tart

Am loving this new recipe, so much so, once made it was eaten in one sitting - not by me alone I may add. It is a take on a traditional Bakewell tart, but the jam is replaced by a thick layer of Christmas mincemeat. Delicious, and pretty easy to do.
