For the End of Sausage Week ... Toad in the Hole

As Sausage Week draws to a close it can't end without my favourite sausage recipe a Toad in the Hole.

Make the sausage filled Yorkshire Pudding in a large roasting tin then cut into chunky slabs and smother in onion gravy. If the family-sized pud is too much then you can also make Individual Toad in the Holes. Easy and delicious. Great for the Weekend.
