Next week is St David's Day, the day the Welsh celebrate their patron saint. Though the celebration of St Patrick is perhaps the most famous worldwide, in Wales the day is taken very seriously and enjoyed by everyone, young and old. (I won't mention the English apathy surrounding St George...) In the run up to the day on March 1st I am going to join in the celebrations by featuring some of my favourite Welsh food, both traditional and modern.
