It's still snowing so hot food is needed. Here's a soup that will warm you right through yet, is light in texture, unlike many winter soups. We had it for dinner last week and I guarantee you will not feel chilled after eating it. It is quick and easy to make once all the chopping is done. Don't like smoked haddock, then use large prawns instead.
