British and Irish Food Books of the Year

I always enjoy looking back and picking out the best foodie aspects of the past year, in particular, the best cookbooks. I receive many books each year and choosing favourites is difficult. In 2012 new cookbooks were prolific, almost a new book every week it seemed. After much deliberation here are the Best British and Irish Cookbooks for 2012. They are a mixed bunch and, but for Tom Parker Bowles, are devoid of the celebrities you may expect to see and are divided by category. Enjoy.
