Maple and Sesame Roasted Parsnips

Am adding this recipe to my repertoire this year. I love roast parsnips, and Christmas dinner without them is unthinkable. This recipe takes them onto another level with a splash of maple syrup and a few sesame seeds. Very clever, thank you Think Vegetables for the inspiration. Look at the picture and tell me they don't look delectable.
