It's the weekend, Sunday lunch and of course a Sunday Roast and nothing is bound to please the family in this house more than a traditional Sunday lunch.
Thanks to our local butcher there's a wonderful Rib of Beef. to serve I am so lucky the family butchers, once so in decline, are making something of a come back. I wanted good beef and I like to know where my beef is from, that it has been hung and treated well - no-one can offer that advice like a butcher.

And to serve alongside? I can't even think about not serving Yorkshire Puddings, or there will be a major upset. Which vegetables to serve I will decide when I get to the market. That's another great thing about beef; it suits most veg. Oh and by the way.... don't forget the gravy. Leave the ready made versions alone as making your own is so easy.
