The Northumberland coastline has to be one of the most beautiful in the UK, so not surprising it is designated as a region of outstanding beauty. It is not an area renowned for food, you will be hard pressed to find any Michelin stars but they are not the only measure of great food. The whole coast line is sprinkled with great places to eat, food producers and renowned micro-breweries, and fresh fish here is a real treat.
