It has been 7 years in the making, but tonight sees the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics here in the UK. We are certainly excited in this house and seems that the whole country is excited too, there's a great atmosphere in the air. We are going to get together with friends, to eat, and to watch the ceremony together. There was barely a whisper of debate as to what we would eat; something British, traditional and delicious. Easy answer to that one then - Fish and Chips.
